The Eastbridge Hospital is hosting a fantastic talk with Dr Sheila Sweetinburgh on Thursday 27th July at 3pm. The talk will explore the role the Eastbridge played in late Medieval Canterbury providing a means to support the less fortunate as well as facilitating pilgrims to the city. Your lunchtime networking session will begin with a guided tour of the amazing Eastbridge Hospital and newly landscaped Medieval Franciscan Gardens. The festival is based in Canterbury, Kent, offering anyone and everyone an opportunity to celebrate radio drama through open access to the live listening sessions in person and online. The Festival is organised by International Arts Partnership The festival takes place at the Eastbridge Hospital in the centre of Canterbury from 27 – 31 March and online for those for whom Canterbury is too far. We welcome visitors from near and far for the full week or for one session. Access is always free though we ask you to book.
