Canterbury Bid

BID Networking

Canterbury BID Networking takes place once a month in a variety of different venues. This gives local businesses an opportunity to showcase their establishment and activities to other local business members. Each month sees between 50-60 members come together for an informal, relaxed and sociable gathering. It’s a great opportunity to get to know fellow professionals in Canterbury.

PLEASE NOTE: These sessions are open to Canterbury BID Businesses only. Spaces are limited to 2 per business, unless availability allows. If you are outside the BID area, but would like to become a voluntary member, CLICK HERE to find out more.

If you would like your business to host a networking event, please contact Rachel Pilard

Online Networking in 2021

Through Spring to Autumn 2021, we hosted monthly networking sessions via Zoom. Each session welcomed over 50 local business representatives, and showcased local products including a chocolate tasting with Madame Oiseau, beer tasting with Shepherd Neame and gin tasting with The Foundry – cheers to that!

We have been lucky to host networking events at many wonderful local businesses. Not only does it give us a chance to learn more about the history of the business, but is also an opportunity for them to showcase their space and activities – here are a few highlights from previous events:
