Canterbury Climate Action Awards

Canterbury Climate Action Partnership (CCAP) is hosting Canterbury’s first climate change awards, recognising businesses, community organisations, educational institutions, and individuals/households that show exemplary commitment to positive climate change. The winners will be announced at a special Awards Ceremony held on Sunday, 25 September. Categories include:
- Business – BID, SME, Corporates, Agriculture
- Education – Higher, Further, Secondary, Primary
- Collective Action – CSO’s, Residents Associations, Faith Groups, Charities
- Individual Action – “Carbon Heroes” – individuals who have made exceptional personal contribution in the fights against climate change
The awards will form part of the 2022 Canterbury Climate Action Festival, running from 23-25 September, which will have many public climate-related activities and displays.
