It’s Autumn time when we welcome new students to the University and our annual harvest begins. On the day, help us gather the hops at the Christ Church hop garden, followed by a free self-guided tour of St. Augustine’s Abbey before walking to the Foundry, in Canterbury town centre, for a free beer where you will hear about how these fine plants are helped to reach their ultimate potential! Hop picking starts from 9.30am, followed by the visit to St. Augustine’s Abbey at 11.00am and the Foundry at 12.30pm. Places limited.
