Food Safety in Catering

The Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering is recognised by Environmental Health Officers as the benchmark for the assessment of food handlers in the UK. It has been specifically designed to help anyone who handles, prepares or serves food in the catering industry understand their legal responsibilities so that they can comply with the law, understand the key aspects of food hygiene practice and know how to minimise food safety hazards.

The course will run from 9.30am -5.00pm on the following days: 07 March, 25 April & 20 June 2016

The cost for the course and exam which is taken at the end of the day is £85.00 exempt of VAT.

Personal Licence Holders

This one day course is aimed specifically at those who work in licensed premises or any venue or site where alcohol is sold. It is a legal requirement in England and Wales that anyone wishing to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol must hold a ‘Personal Licence’ which will be issued by their local authority. Successful completion of this one day course and multiple choice exam will provide candidates with the licensing qualification needed to apply for this Licence.

The course will run from 9.30am -5.00pm on the following days: 18th April & 13th June 2016

The cost for the course and exam which is taken at the end of the day is £150.00 exempt of VAT.
