As a Canterbury BID member, this is a marketing platform you can join for FREE. The platform is fully funded by your BID membership, allowing you to connect directly with customers.
The platform is being extended to the coast in order to increase the app’s reach, enabled by additional funding from Canterbury City Council.
The App is live and ready to test!
We’re excited to announce that the digital hub has now entered its testing phase. This is your chance to:
- Activate your account
- Review and update your business listing
- Upload offers, promotions and events
- Explore the platform and see exactly how your business will appear to customers
We’d encourage you to log in, have a look around and make the most of this opportunity before launch.
The App will begin its soft launch from Tuesday 14 July, so now is the perfect time to ensure your profile is complete, your information is up to date, and you’re happy with how your business is presented.

By now, all Canterbury BID businesses should have received an invitation to join the Canterbury & Coast App. If you haven’t seen yours yet, please check your junk folder. If it’s not there, simply email [email protected] and we’ll arrange for the invitation to be resent.
- Look out for your email invite from Canterbury & Coast
- Follow the sign-up process and join for FREE
- Create your profile and list your business on the App
- Add events, offers and send notifications to App users
